VSA arts is an international, nonprofit organization founded in 1974 by Ambassador Jean Kennedy Smith to create a society where all people with disabilities learn through, participate in and enjoy the arts.

VSA arts and CVS Caremark join together for a second year, inviting children to submit artwork to All Kids Can…CREATE!. Explore new activities, rethink your perceptions, discover yourself as an artist, and submit your work of art today! All submitted artwork will be featured in an online gallery and one artwork from each state will be selected for an exhibition in Washington, D.C.
