Foster Elem. School

I am a special education teacher at Foster Elementary School. I serve children with a variety of disabilities: from children who are Learning disabled to children with Mental Retardation. At Foster the students with disabilities are included in the general education classes to the maximum amount possible. The Alpha Smarts that we are asking for would better enable these students to produce quality work and their participation in the classes. Also, the Leap Pads would reinforce the reading lessons that are taught to the students and their independence. Our goal for our students with disabilities is to be in an inclusion atmosphere where they can be a member of the general education classroom and not just a visitor.
