It is the mission of the Elaine Clark Center to provide an innovative model of Education and Therapeutic play in a loving and safe environment for all young children, regardless of their abilities. The Elaine Clark Center's dedicated team empowers famillies and enables each child to reach his or her full potential for growth and development. The program serves approximately 100 children annually through a variety of services. We provide Early Intervention, nursing and therapeutic services, financial assistance, and support services to our families and children.
