Cristo Vive International

Cristo Vive International is a Christian organization which targets all children and youth with disabilities to engage them in a spiritual, social and recreational opportunity to involve them in safe and challenging activities with the intent to create an awareness in each participant of thier inner strength and value in our world today. Many of the participants experinece life with such enthusiasm they find themselves being transformed brom a life of uncertainty with their families to becoming actively involved in extra-curricular events such as sports, academics, and jobs that they previously never realized their own ability to do. We offer coaching and mentoring from the children, youth, and their families to search for ways to experience life in their world not being restricted in the society as a result of their disabilities. We are encouraged by many of the participants who have, since attending the camps, have become recognized for their involvement in the workplace, demonstrations publicly of their talents in arts and athletics, as well as progression through the academic process of development.

Our stated mission: Provide children and youth with disabilities and their families with an opportunity to experience the love of God and faith in Christ through a fun and engaging camp adventure.

We do not exclude non-Christian involvement, in fact most of our participants and thier families are not practicing Christians, yet they are seeing great opportunties for their children as a result of attendance.
