Founded in 1975,ARCH offers comprehensive services and programs for individuals with handicapping conditions. The mission of ARCH is to enhance and maintain the quality of life of handicapped persons by providing therapeutic recreation services, educational and wellness programs, socialization opportunities, and basic living skills. ARCH is the only organization of its kind in the State of Arizona and one of only three similar institutions in the entire Country. ARCH is not a United Way agency.
